The Directorate of Natural park “Belasitsa” organized Autumn cleaning of the park on 21 November. The initiative was attended by students from “Hristo Smirnenski” primary school.
They cleaned the road from town Petrich up to Belasitsa hut and collected many waste paper and plastic containers, cigarette butts and tires.
Every child took part in the event received a T-shirt with the logo of the National Park "Belasitsa".
The collected wastes were transported by the municipality of Petrich.
The Directorate of Natural Park “Belasitsa” extend their gratitude to students and teachers from “Hristo Smirnenski” primary school and to volunteers who participated in the protected area cleaning campaign.
